Kitten Vaccinations

Your kitten will get a complete check over when it comes in for a vaccination. Feel free to ask any questions or clear up any concerns you may have during your appointment.
  • 1st- 6-8 weeks of age
  • 2nd- 10-12 weeks of age
  • 3rd- 14-16weeks of age, then every year thereafter.

Kitten Worming

Worm your kitten with an intestinal all-wormer every 2 weeks until 12 weeks of age. Then every month until 6 months of age, then every 3 months for life (products available include Drontal All-Wormer or Milbemax).

Kitten Desexing

Vets strongly recommend desexing to protect your cat's long-term health. It significantly reduces the risk of mammary cancer and uterine infections in females, and prostate problems in males.

It also makes for a calmer, happier cat at home. Desexing reduces the hormonal drive to roam, spray, and show aggression, making it easier for your cat to live safely and comfortably.

We recommend desexing from 5 months old.

Kitten Diet and Food

To ensure that kittens develop into robust and healthy companions, it's essential to provide them with the best possible beginning. One way to achieve this is by offering your feline companion a complete and balanced diet in the form of dry kibble. Compared to canned food, dry kibble is better for maintaining healthy teeth.

We recommend to keep kittens on a kitten food diet until they are 12 months old, after which they can transition to an adult formula.
